To renew your slip you will need to fill out all the following forms

and print and mail, or scan and email to us.

Winter Rates: $1000 Vessels over 28', $700 for vessels 28' and less

Also include a Certificate of Insurance with at least $100,000 in liability and stating the vessel insured value

No Liability Only POLICIES, vessel must be insured to.

There is $100 fine for any missing information or forms if the vessel enters the Marina before all paperwork received

Please read this information carefully as changes may have been made.  The marina office only upon completion of the following will assign slips.

• Send a $100 Deposit by Oct 15, 2010, (after that your slip may be reassigned) checks to "L.B.Y.C." or "Limestone Bay Yacht Club"

• A signed copy of the Dockage Agreement ( Rent Agreement )

• A signed copy of the House Rules  ( Marina Rules  )

• A certificate of Insurance on the vessel to be docked stating the Liability coverage ($100,000 minimum) and the vessel’s insured value.

• A completed Vessel Instruction form. (  Vessel Instruction Form  )
