At sunrise on Wednesday morning light rainfall was just beginning to move intothe southwest Ohio Valley.
A low pressure system over the Gulf states was drawing moisture into the Ohio Valley from the southwest. As a result, this rain will continue to spread northeast across the basin. Low pressure will move northeast and track across the basin on Thursday, enhancing rainfall. Precipitation will finally come to an end on Friday morning. A couple of minor weather disturbances will pass to the north of the Ohio Valley over the weekend.
These will bring some light precipitation to the northeasternhalf of the Ohio Valley mainly in the form of snow.No significant rain returns to the Ohio Valley until the middle of next week, but even this appears to be a minor weather system.
