Showers and storms continued to affect the Ohio Valley on Friday, though
they will gradually move southward through the day and later tonight. By 
Saturday morning little activity is expected. 

Later on Saturday a weather disturbance will begin to lift into the southwest
Ohio Valley. This will act as a trigger for more organized storm activity 
Saturday night into Sunday. 

Beginning early next week, high pressure is forecast to build over the
eastern US.  This should reduce the likelihood of rainfall, but allow
the unseasonably warm temperatures to continue through next week.

The river is expected to rise to 13.9 on 3/20 but then settle back to normal.  The 90 outlook looks very good with only a 5% chance exceeding 19' in early April and then again in early May
